Australian Motorhome Rental

A motor camper holiday is free and easy! It's fun and it's great value for families, friends, groups or individuals. You just stop where you like, and that's home for the night, because your warm, comfortable hotel-room-on-wheels has everything you need. All the facilities and equipment to cook your own meals, just the way you like them. And cozy, comfortable beds for a great night's sleep.

You'll be pleasantly surprised at how good the campsites are with excellent cooking, washing and laundry facilities. Free and easy living and also a great way to meet the friendly locals. That's motor camping! Some restrictions apply and will be explained at time of vehicle pick-up. For this program, Goway represents Maui Campervans, the leading campervan company providing quality and value for money.


Drivers License: A current domestic or International driver's license is required by all persons intending to drive the vehicle. Minimum driver's age is 21 years.

One-Way Rental: The one way surcharge is AUD$250 when picking up or dropping off at Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart or Adelaide. AUD$350 if picking up or dropping off at Darwin, Alice Springs, Broome or Perth. On top of this if picking up or dropping in Broome there is a remote location surcharge of AUD$650.

Insurance: For your protection all vehicles are insured for damage to the vehicle or to the property of a third party. The hirer is responsible for the first AUD$7500 ("The Excess") of the cost of the damage to the third party property or rented vehicle. This excess can be reduced by the purchase of Excess Reduction Options.

Option 1:

Pay AUD$22 per day for 2WD (max. charge AUD$1200),

or

AUD$27 per day for 4WD (max. charge AUD$1350)
will reduce the excess to AUD$2500.

Option 2:

Pay AUD$40 per day for 2WD (max. charge AUD$2000),
will reduce the excess to nil

or

AUD$49 per day for 4WD (max. charge AUD$2450)
will reduce the excess to AUD$440.

These options are payable at the commencement of hire. The bonds may be paid in cash, credit card or travellers cheques and are fully refundable when the vehicle is returned with no damage to the vehicle or third party property.

Comfortably accommodates two people.

Featuring: 5 speed manual transmission column change, 1.8m interior headroom, microwave oven and two burner gas stove, side access and radio cassette.

Berths: For 2 adults, 1 double bed.

SPIRIT 2TS

Featuring: 5 speed floor shift gear box, power steering, power assisted brakes, radio cassette, pressurized hot and cold water, shower and toilet facilities, microwave oven, a ring gas stove with rangehood, 2m interior headroom and seat belts for two passengers


SPIRIT 4

Room for 4 people or can provide a comfortable home for two.

Featuring: 6 speed floor shift gear box or automatic, power steering, power assisted brakes, radio cassette, pressurized hot and cold water, shower and toilet facilities, microwave oven, 3 burner gas stove with grill and generous locker and bench space. Seat belts for 4 passengers.

Berths: 2 double beds.

Comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Featuring: 6 speed floor shift gear box or automatic, cassette radio, power assisted brakes, power steering and 2.0m headroom, a large private shower and toilet pressurized hot and cold water and microwave oven, 3 ring gas stove with griller and generous locker and bench space. Seat belts for 6 passengers.

Berths: 3 double beds.

BUSHCAMPER 4WD

A versatile four-wheel drive camper. Comfortably accommodates two adults and one child.

Featuring: 5 speed manual transmission, 4.2 diesel engine, power steering, long range fuel tanks, front crash bar, air-conditioned front cabin, radio, 1.7m headroom, 2 burner gas stove.

Berths: For 2 adults and 1 child. 1 double bed and 1 single.


PRICES: Since motorhomes must be rented for a minimum of 5 days, all rates quoted will be for 5 to 20 days.

Rates will vary according to the following seasons:

  • Apr 01 to Apr 30
  • May 01 to Jun 30
  • Jul 01 to Sep 30
  • Oct 01 to Dec 14
  • Dec 15 to Jan 14
  • Jan 15 to Mar 31

PRICE INCLUDES:

Unlimited kms, vehicle insurance (excess applies), living equipment, 24hr nationwide roadservice helpline, travel wallet including road maps and travel info.

NOT INCLUDED:

Fuel, bond and security deposits, and LPG gas bottle refills, +2% govt. stamp duty.
