Travelling around New Zealand is easy. If you are on holiday, visiting friends or relatives, or on business, you can get about whenever and wherever you like with a Goway vehicle. For this program Goway represents National Car Rental with depots all over New Zealand. Choose the car that best suits your needs.
Driver's Licence: Valid overseas or international licences are acceptable. Minimum drivers age is 21 years.

National vehicles do not travel inter-island. You drop your car off at the ferry terminal on one island and pick up your next car at the ferry terminal on the other island at no additional charge.
Inter-Island Ferry
A drive-on/drive-off service operates several times daily between Picton and Wellington (approx. 3-1/2 hours). Advance bookings are recommended, especially during peak periods (December, January, February, public and school holidays).
RATES INCLUDE: Unlimited kilometres, NZ GST, and airport transfers.
NOT INCLUDED: Mandatory Vehicle Insurance of NZ$16.88, payable on arrival to National Car. An insurance excess of NZ$1500 applies. A bond is payable by credit card or travellers cheques or by paying an additional NZ$12 per day to reduce excess to NZ $281.25 coverage.
