Day 1

San Sebastian

Walking tour of San Sebastian. Visit Aquarium - Maritime Museum and The San Telmo Museum, inaugurated in 1902, the oldest in the Basque Country, covering Ethnography, Fine Arts, Photography, Archaeology and History. Traditional Welcome dinner.

Day 2

Roncesvalles – Zubiri 21.5 Km

Beautiful day walking the First Stage Spanish Way. Overnight in Pamplona in the city center with a chance to try the famous Tapas from Navarra.

Day 3

Zubiri – Pamplona 20Km

Majestic scenery during the second stage. Once in Pamplona walking tour within the "San Fermin" Bull Run streets, followed by a visit to the Museum of Navarra. The Museum takes you from prehistoric times to the present day, highlighting many first first-century Roman artifacts. Enjoy dinner in a typical Navarra restaurant.

Day 4

Pamplona - Logroño. (Riioja) 1 hour drive

Guided tour of "Bodegas Olarra" in the heart of "La Rioja" one of the best wine regions in Europe. Visit the Rioja Museum and Gothic Churches in the City. End the day with a Tapas tour of the City.

Day 5

Logroño - Ages (1 hour drive) Ages – Burgos 23K

From Agnes, walk the third Stage of The Way until Burgos, including a stop at Atapuerca, an UNESCO Archaeological Site, containing several caves, where some of the oldest fossils and stone tools in West Europe have been found. Enjoy Dinner in a Typical well known Rioja Restaurant.

Day 6

Burgos - Leon 90 mins drive

Enjoy a free morning in Burgos and then on to Leon by coach to enjoy a tour of one of the most important cities of the "Spanish Army" in the XV century. Enjoy Dinner in a Typical local Castilla Restaurant.

Day 7

Leon - Sarria 90 minutes drive

On the way to Sarria, an amazing visit of The beautiful cave of Valporquero. Enjoy a free evening and overnight in Sarria.

Day 8

Sarria – Portomarin 22K

Easy Stage, through rural corridors, walkways and rustic medieval bridges and a Temple fortress built in the thirteenth century that belonged to the Order of St. John of Jerusalem. Amazing Landscape! Enjoy a free evening and overnight in Portomarin.

Day 9

Portomarin - Palas del Rei.25k

Beautiful beginning of the stage, but a bit challenging with some hills. The second part of the way is much easier, next to a quaint rural road. Enjoy a free evening and overnight in Palas del Rei.

Palas del Rei – Arzua 28k

Largest Stage of the trail, along the way you will be walking through some eucalyptus and oak trees forests and very traditional Galician hamlets where you will see many farm animals. Enjoy a free evening and overnight in Arzua.

Day 11

Arzua - Pedrouzo 19k

Easy and beautiful path. The last Parish - Churches and old Gothic towns before Santiago. Visit Santa Irene the Medieval shrine dedicated to a martyr Saint from Portugal and the Baroque fountain of healing waters. Enjoy a free evening and overnight in Pedrouzo.

Day 12

Pedrouzo - Santiago de Compostela 20k

Final Stage, Easy to walk, flat path to Santiago de Compostela. From the vantage point of the Monte do Gozo the first view of Santiago de Compostela is obtained and starts a city tour which ends at the foot of the baroque facade of the cathedral.

Day 13

Santiago de Compostela

Free day in Santiago enjoying the city and seafood. Visit the Finisterre Cape, originally considered the end of the world. Farewell Dinner in a Traditional Galician Seafood restaurant.

Santiago - Flight Home

Enjoy a morning in Santiago. Flight back home. End of the Adventure.
