ALICE TERAMOTO

AUSTRALIA & SOUTH PACIFIC, WORLD'S IDYLLIC ISLANDS

RESERVATION SUPERVISOR

Originally from Australia, I wasn’t always in the travel industry. I have a bachelor degree in Business and got my first full time job in the financial industry doing business banking. I had never travelled before getting this job and finally had enough money to see places I always wanted to see. I went travelling around Asia (as it's so close to Australia) and decided to move to Japan and taught English there for a few years, which was a wonderful experience. It was a good base to explore more of Asia. At the end of my time there I decided to go backpacking around Europe for a summer, which was a typical rite of passage for every young Australian. I moved to Canada in 2003, got married and now have two children. I got my first and only job in Canada with Goway Travel that same year and am very happy here. I love what I do, which is helping my clients plan trips to the destinations that I know and love.

My favourite places

  • Bora Bora

    Australia & South Pacific

It's truly exciting to arrive at the airport and hop into a boat to get to your accommodation and stay in an overwater bungalow located over a beautiful blue lagoon. This is the definition of luxury, romance, and paradise right here.

  • Queenstown

    Australia & South Pacific

There's so much to do here whether it's relaxation or adventure. And that's not even mentioning the scenery of the mountains and lakes in the area, which are just breathtakingly beautiful.

  • Great Barrier Reef

    Australia & South Pacific

I love a tropical island retreat and these islands have access to the Great Barrier Reef, one of the wonders of the world, as well as some great marine life. There's something for everyone to enjoy here.

  • Bali

    Asia

One of the first places I ever went to so I have a close affinity with it. I have fond memories of exploring temples, eating the food, climbing volcanoes, and bartering in markets.

Did you know?

  • Tipping is not customary in Australia or New Zealand so what you see on the bill is the final price.
  • The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system and is visible from outer space!
  • If you were to visit a new beach every day in Australia it would take you 27 years to see them all.
  • Australia is the 6th largest country in the world and is called an island continent as it's completely surrounded by ocean.
