Best Time to Visit Poland
Poland overall has a temperate climate. Close to the Baltic Sea in the north, the weather is less extreme than the central and southern parts of the country. The best time to visit Poland is in the summer when there is the most sunshine and ideal for sitting outside cafes. However, this is when the most rain falls. It is also high season price wise. Spring can be pleasant with some showers and flowers in full bloom. The fall is a good time when the weather is agreeable and the cultural attractions and performances are in full swing. The winter is decidedly cold with many parts of the country blanketed in snow. The Tatra Mountains’ skiing season starts as early as December.
