MODERATE | TAILOR-MADE: Pair two of Asia’s best cities on one great trip. Start in Hong Kong, where you’ll discover the city’s hidden gems while savouring its world-class food and shopping. It is then on to Taipei to discover the temples, museums, and eclectic restaurants that give the city its unforgettable atmosphere.

This 7-day Asian vacation takes you to Hong Kong and Taipei, two of Asia’s great cities. It features moderate, first-class, or deluxe accommodations depending on your preference, shared tours, and is a great add-on to a longer trip through Asia.

Your journey begins in Hong Kong, Asia’s World City, the Chinese metropolis that is beloved across the world for its towering skyscrapers, celebrated food and shopping, and 24/7 bustle. Whether sightseeing, shopping, or eating, you’ll never run out of things to do in Hong Kong. One day, head on a sightseeing tour that foregoes the ordinary in order to show you the living culture of Hong Kong. Discover hidden gems in the company of a local guide as you head from the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade to Hong Kong Island and along the Heritage Route. You’ll have another day at leisure to see whatever sights you missed out on, from the observation platforms atop Victoria Peak to the street food and souvenirs of Temple Street Night Market.

From Hong Kong, fly to Taipei, the capital of the island nation of Taiwan. Much like Hong Kong, Taipei is a blend of cultural influences and cosmopolitan comforts. A half-day city tour in the morning or afternoon will showcase some of the city’s most popular sites, from Presidential Square to Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall to the changing of the Honor Guards at the Martyrs’ Shrine. End the tour at the National Palace Museum, which houses Chinese treasures dating back 5,000 years, and Xingtian Temple, one of the country’s most popular Taoist temples. You’ll have another day at leisure to explore Taipei. Get the city’s pulse by eating at its bustling restaurants, tasting midnight snacks like the famous stinky tofu, or indulging in its quirky side with a visit to some famous themed restaurants and bars.

At the end of your stay, head to the airport to connect back home.
