Head on down to Sydney and see the city's iconic sights on a luxury yacht. Visit the beautiful Blue Mountains and witness cascading waterfalls and the famous Three Sisters.

Step up your Australian adventure with this first-class 10-day trip to Brisbane and Sydney.

Start in Brisbane, the sunny capital of Queensland and gateway to the beautiful Gold and Sunshine Coasts. A city tour takes you to explore Brisbane’s architecture, a fascinating and ever-changing mix of styles. Then take a cruise on the Brisbane River for the best view of the city. The next day takes you north to Australia Zoo, which has been dedicated to conservation through education since it was founded by Bob and Lyn Irwin in 1970. Their son Steve, better known as ‘The Crocodile Hunter’ turned it into one of Australia’s top wildlife attractions. Photo op alert! It’s also one of the few places on Earth where you can hold a koala.

Fly on to Sydney and take a panoramic tour of the Harbour City. Explore the historic Rocks district, see the Harbour sights including Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, tour the exclusive Eastern suburbs and visit Bondi Beach, a favourite of visitors and locals alike for decades. Then explore Sydney Harbour on a long luncheon cruise, enjoying a BBQ lunch and regional wines. On a full-day trip, head into the beautiful Blue Mountains on a deluxe trip that takes you to meet some of Australia’s most iconic wildlife at Calmsley Hill farm. Visit uncrowded viewpoints over the Blue Mountains, including the Three Sisters, a famous rock formation shrouded in Aboriginal legend.

Transfer to Sydney Airport for your onward travels, or stay an extra day or two to explore more of the city.

Day 2

Brisbane City and Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

Your knowledgeable guide picks you up from your accommodation and heads straight to Mt Coot-tha for stunning views over Brisbane's downtown, across the suburbs and out to the islands. On the way you pass through the beautiful tree-lined inner suburbs with lovely heritage 'Queenslander' homes discussing the region's rich history from English prison to modern metropolis.

Learn about Australia's native fauna and flora on a guided tour through the world's first and largest koala sanctuary, with over 130 koalas at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, one of the "Top 10 Zoos in the World" (AOL). The sanctuary has a large variety of other Aussie wildlife, all in beautiful, natural settings.

Highlights include a variety of birds-of-prey in the popular 'Free-Flight Show', hand-feeding and patting the soft, friendly kangaroos. Popular options include hand-feeding the cheeky, vividly colored rainbow lorikeets and the sheep-dog show as these intelligent animals demonstrate their crowd control skills.

You may even pat or hold one of the beautiful, scaly, 'friendly' snakes in the snake show! A photograph holding an iconic koala is a popular optional extra. Some of the many other animals include crocodiles, Tasmanian devils, eastern water dragons, platypus and wombats.

Enjoy a superb lunch at a venue of your choice from over 50 great restaurants and cafes at the city's Southbank, many with lovely views over the river. After lunch enjoy a walk along the river with lovely views of Brisbane's downtown across the river. Southbank's other attractions include the very popular and unique 'City Beach', surrounding parklands, markets and 60-metre tall 'Wheel of Brisbane' (giant ferris wheel). Brisbane's world-class art galleries and museums are also on offer.

High on the Kangaroo Cliffs enjoy lovely views over the downtown and Botanical Gardens. Watch out for rock climbers at this popular lookout. Cross Brisbane's beautiful Story Bridge and for those who love walking can stroll through the city and botanic gardens with unique 'mangrove walk'.

Blue Mountains Deluxe Experience

The Blue Mountains National Park is one of seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. This wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines and hazy blue eucalypt forests boasts luxury retreats and stunning views. Today your guide will take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora and fauna of this magnificent region.

At 7:00am-7:30am depart from the hotel with AEA Luxury Tours. Our first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill a working farm also home to Kangaroos, Emus, Wombats and Koalas. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure.

From Calmsley Hill we continue to ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway. We will visit one of the ranges of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas. Where possible this will be away from the crowds of tours that visit the mountains each day with other operators, thus our guests will enjoy a stress and hurry-free environment taking in the views and information imparted by their guide.

Continuing on we arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout points away from the crowds for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Whilst the Blue Mountains features so much more than this natural attraction you can't help but admire the unquestionable beauty of this amazing rock formation. The character of the Three Sisters changes throughout the day and throughout the seasons as the sunlight brings out magnificent colors. Here your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation and the time available for you to take some great photos.

We then make our way around the mountain towards the village of Blackheath and our lunch venue the Hydro Majestic. Here in this relaxed venue with stunning views. We enjoy a 2-course lunch with tea/coffee. All diets are catered for (excluding Kosher Meals). Beverages can be purchased at your own expense from the Bar.

The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts. Once you clap your eyes on the view from Govetts Leap you'll know why it's one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. If you're not mesmerized by the dancing waves of water spray, you'll be transfixed by the sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness. We then stop briefly to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens our last stop, where we enjoy the sweeping views across to Sydney before traveling down the Bells Line of Road to arrive back at your hotel approximately 4:30pm-5:00pm.
