Penguins and City Sightseeing Tour (Optional)

Consider adding a Melbourne ‘must see’ excursion idea today (additional cost applies) which combines a half day day Melbourne Sightseeing Tour with a visit to the little Penguins at Phillip Island.

A fantastic combination of two tours; one introducing you to the fabulous city of Melbourne and the other, a popular Penguins tour to Phillip Island. City tour highlights include a photo stop at St Patrick's Cathedral, a visit to Fitzroy Gardens, a delightful guided walking tour through our favourite laneways and arcades and a visit to the Queen Victoria Markets (or the Royal Botanic Gardens on Monday and Wednesday). You will have free time for lunch (own expense) before joining the second part of your tour to witness the nightly ritual of the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island. On the way, visit Warrook Homestead for afternoon tea (own expense). This unique historical farm has been in operation for over 100 years! Here guests will be able to get up close to kangaroos and see koalas in the Fauna Park (animal feed available at own expense). There will also be access to the lovely homestead on the property and visit Koala Conservation Centre where you can look for koalas in their natural habitat from tree top boardwalks.

Day 5

Yarra Valley Wineries (Optional)

Consider adding another  fantastic excursion idea today (additional cost applies) to the Yarra Valley – Victoria’s wine region.

Take in some of Victoria's best wineries in the stunning region of the Yarra Valley only one hour from Melbourne. The tour features tutored tastings at 4 premium wineries, a superb winery restaurant lunch with wine, finishing the day at the home of Australia's No.1 bubbly, Domaine Chandon, for light tasting platters and a glass of sparkling.
