Later that day, visit the Guinness Storehouse to learn about the history of the world’s most famous stout. Witness the brewing process and enjoy a pint at tour’s end. The next day, head on a multi-media journey through the ages with Epic Ireland, which traces the history of the nation across 21 galleries located in the historic vaults of the CHQ Building. The evening, learn about Irish food and drink on the Irish Food Trail walking tour, which takes you to local favourites to try different dishes and learn about unique Irish customs.

While based in Dublin, you’ll also take a day to explore the landscape on a private tour. Start in Kilkenny, the medieval capital, where you’ll wander the stones of Kilkenny Castle. Continue north to Glendalough to see the 6th-century ruins and continue to photo stops in the Wicklow Mountains, the largest upland area in the nation. Stop off in Roundwood on the way back to Dublin.
