It’s an extraordinary historical and archaeological ancient city that dates back to the 2nd century BC In addition to Petra, an overnight in the magical desert of Wadi Rum beckons. Most visitors go to Jordan for a visit to Petra with a guide and a horse or camel ride to get from the main entrance to the start of the ancient city.
