Goway Follows the Call of the Wild with New Itineraries

New Southern Africa trips showcased in Goway’s new Africa brochure

The AfricaExperts for over 40 years, Goway Travel first began opening up the world’s most mysterious continent with Overland expeditions. Its product range has since grown to include safaris, wine tours, romantic rail journeys and more, helping Globetrotters to see the real Africa.

Packed with over 200 travel ideas, many inspired by personal travel experience, Goway’s 2014 Africa brochure offers a wealth of ways to explore the continent!

In South Africa, the safari doesn’t stop at the shoreline. Hermanus, on the Western Cape is one of the world’s best spots for whale-watching, within easy reach of the Garden Route. Goway is proud to add it to an extensive range of Cape wildlife adventures, including its popular Cape Highlights and Safari trip, which includes visits to the winelands, the famed Ostrich farms of Oudtshoorn, and Kariega Game Reserve.

Rovos Rail has already established a reputation as the most luxurious way to travel Africa. It now adds Namibia to its list of destinations with a new 9 day trip, including Fish River Canyon, the Kalahari Desert, Swakopmund and the surreal dunes of Sossusvlei.

Goway has always discouraged travellers from following the herd – except when it comes to wildlife!Botswana continues to grow as a safari choice for the discerning traveller, offering many of Africa’s most spectacular creatures and wildlife regions. Goway’s new Migration Routes luxury camping mobile safari follows the migration from Victoria Falls to the Okavango Delta, offering Globetrotters a range of unique experiences along the way.

Also featured are new trips in two less travelled countries. Former favourite Zimbabwe has fallen off the travel radar somewhat in recent years, but remains one of Africa’s most enchanting destinations. Goway’s new 8 day fly-in safari takes in Hwange National Park, Lake Kariba and Mana Pools. Meanwhile, just offshore, Goway’s new 1000 Views of Madagascar trip is a wildlife adventure unlike any other on the continent.

The new brochure also features a range of new travel ideas and favourite itineraries for East Africa, North Africa including Morocco and Egypt, and the Middle East.
