DESTINATION SPECIALIST

I moved to Canada in 2001 and have worked in the retail travel industry for over 17 years now. Travel has always been my passion. There is nothing like sharing your passion with your clients and helping them create dream itineraries. I have been very lucky to explore the world with my husband and children, visiting destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, North and Central America. Travel is all about creating great memories for yourself and others. I enjoy discovering what other cultures have to offer, from meeting locals to trying their food and learning all about their history. This is what makes travel so special and you could never experience these things from home. It is such a unique and invaluable life experience. This is why I love to share my passion for travel with my clients and help them plan their trips.

My favourite places

  • Edinburgh, Scotland

The city of Edinburgh is ranked as one of the most beautiful and walkable cities in the world. From its elegant streets set against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle to the medieval turrets and spires of the Old Town, Edinburgh offers lots of shopping, dining, and architectural splendour.

  • Ireland

Ireland is famous for its scenic coastlines, towns, and villages along the shoreline. From the Giant's Causeway to the coastal air of the mighty Cliffs of Moher to the inviting atmosphere of a Dublin pub to the green fields and castles of the countryside, Ireland has many things to offer.

  • Paris, France

I love Paris's monument-lined boulevards, museums, bistros, and boutiques. Boulangeries are my favourite stops for a morning coffee and a quick bite to eat. It is hard to walk down a French street without spotting one! One great place to visit is Claude Monet's house in Giverny, which makes for an excellent day trip.

Did you know?

  • In Paris, pick a suitable arrondissement for your base and get skip-the-line tickets to attractions.
  • Jet lag feels worse if you travel from west to east, so keep this in mind when planning your vacations.
  • Edinburgh wasn't always the capital of Scotland. Scone was the original capital of the nation until 1437.
  • Halloween originated in Ireland. It's still celebrated today as the autumn Gaelic festival of Samhain.
