The city of Stockholm, built on 14 islands and connected by 57 bridges, it exudes a unique charm with its combination of 13th century Old Town with modern high-tech architecture. Stockholm’s Islands are bordered by Lake Mälaren in the west and the Baltic Sea in the east, where the archipelago with 30,000 islands await exploration. It is not surprising that the city has earned the nickname “Beauty on Water”.

Renowned for its beauty, Stockholm is also the hub of the Baltic area with easy access to the Nordic capitals as well as the Baltic countries. The capital is a big city with a small-town personality. With its handy size and short walking distances, it is easy to cover a lot in a short amount of time. Today, our tour, which includes outside visits to the Old Town and the City Hall with its blue and golden halls known for hosting the Nobel festivities, make for a memorable morning tour.
