Samoa Weather
Due to its location close to the equator, Samoa is hot and humid all year round. Temperatures do not vary much from month to month and days usually reach around 26 degrees celsius with ocean temperatures in the low 20s celsius. It can get cooler at night, but it is by no means cold and a light sweater should suffice.
Seasons in Samoa are not divided into winter, summer, spring and fall, instead, they are divided between wet and dry months. The dry season runs from May to October, while the wet season runs from November to April. December to March is considered cyclone season, but severe cyclones are unusual. Interestingly there is an average of 2,500 hours of sunlight annually in Samoa with days and nights being almost the same length.
