Perth, capital of Western Australia, is Australia’s fourth largest city and is situated on the Swan River with its suburbs being located on the Indian Ocean. Although seemingly cut off from the rest of Australia, it has an easy-going, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and for those travellers with some extra time one of our Perth tours is a great addition on an Australia vacation.

It is the sunniest state capital and enjoys glorious sunny weather most of the year. This might explain the reason for the reputation of its beaches, 19 in total, all beautifully clean and uncrowded. Perth has been likened to a picture postcard.

Nearby Rottnest Island is an excellent scuba diving centre and Rockingham is known for snorkeling and dolphins. Historic Fremantle is Perth’s oldest port where you can sample fresh seafood.

Nearby are Monkey Mia Resort in Shark Bay with its world famous bottlenose dolphins, Margaret River, a regional wine area and the Pinnacles Desert with its sand dunes and white sand beaches.
